What arrives?
A 60–80 page dossier and a set of loose evidence photographs. The file is the whole game. No app. No QR codes.
Who is it for?
Two to six people, about two to three hours, ages 15 and up. The gift buyer who wants a night that doesn't need explaining. The table that already likes a true-crime podcast.
Custom case or the backlog?
The custom case ($79) is built around people you name. They're the suspects. One of them did it. Cases from the backlog ($49–$59) are already written. Your town still goes in the newspapers. You don't send a list of names.
Do I need the names before I order?
No. Order first. We email you a short form. Three minutes, whenever it suits you.
Can it arrive by a date?
Yes. The product page shows the arrival date. Ships in 3–5 days. Free shipping over $95.
Will they know what to do?
Yes. They open the file and start reading. There is no host script to memorise.
Can we play it twice?
No. One night, one file. The last page is the beginning of the next case.
Is someone we know the victim?
Not unless you choose that. By default the victim is fictional. The people you name are suspects and witnesses.
