Where
We ship to the address at checkout. If you are sending this as a gift, ship it to yourself unless you want them to open the box alone.
Returns
A custom case is printed with the names you sent. We cannot take it back unread. If the file arrives damaged, write to us from the order confirmation and we reprint.
The backlog
Pre-written cases can be returned unopened within 14 days. Once the seal is broken, the case is yours.
